Senior Engineering Technician / Designer

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is looking to hire an experienced Engineering Tech / Designer in our Tulsa office. As an Engineering Tech / Designer you would be responsible for using standard drafting practices and procedures, with a strong attention to detail, to assist with tasks related to a variety of engineering and construction projects. The Engineering Tech / Designer will modify and create design plans and drawings using computer aided design (CAD) programs under the direction of a designer or engineer. Westwood has a highly experienced and dynamic team of individuals dedicated to providing high-level professional services to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Apply Westwood Company CAD standard, practices, and procedures in creating and modifying CAD drawings
• Collaborate in a team environment
• Coordinate filing, storage, and retrieval of drawings and documents
• Work with extreme precision and accuracy in creating design drawings
• Provide direction to design team
• Review and research specifications and code requirements
• Willing to take on other duties as assigned
