Our client is seeking a Float Pool (FP) RN to join their team.

Job Details :

Location : Lancaster, CA

Duration : 13 Weeks

Start Date : 12 / 24 / 2025

Shift : 3x12 Nights

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay : 2661

Required Qualifications :

Current CA RN license

BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

Minimum : 1 year travel experience, 2 years FP experience (Must have PCU, CCU and MS / Tele exp)

Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as requested by AVM

Additional Qualifications :

Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion

Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking and reading comprehension

Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities

Ability to stand for long periods of time
