Nemours Children’s Health is seeking a Health Informatics and Technology Associate Analyst, full‑time hybrid (onsite and remote) to support end users and participate in system enhancements in Jacksonville, Orlando, or Pensacola, FL.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to end users in efficiently and accurately utilizing NHI&T applications, technology, and electronic medical records.
• Participate in building, testing, and validating new functionality and custom configuration activities.
• Perform in‑depth analyses of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with clinical applications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to empower users.
• Act as a change agent, educator, and resource in advancing the strategic mission of Nemours while ensuring data and system integrity.
