• Mon-Fri, 36-40 hours, with a guarantee of 36 hours / week
• 28 points / week
• Home health setting
• Home health experience highly preferred
• Prior SNF experience preferred
• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred
• May consider training experienced PT in home health
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
