Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various types of litigation, including construction and commercial disputes. This position focuses on representing clients in court and during negotiations and is essential in providing legal support to our clients throughout the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in litigation matters, including construction and commercial disputes.
  • Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
  • Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Manage all stages of the litigation process, including depositions and mediations.
  • Prepare clients and witnesses for trial and other legal proceedings.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and provide updates on case progress.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Barred in FL
  • 2+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on construction and commercial litigation preferred.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Experience with trial preparation and courtroom experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
