Job Summary and Qualifications
In the role of a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will be the key decision-maker for clinical and operational workflows on your shift, with the potential to provide direct patient care when necessary. By collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure the highest standards of patient-centered care are met.
Coordinate, assess, and deliver quality nursing care, putting patient safety and satisfaction at the forefront.Take on leadership roles, including supervising nursing staff, conducting performance reviews, and supporting staff development.Oversee quality, safety, regulatory preparedness, and various operational responsibilities related to patient and employee experience.What qualifications do you need?
Experience
Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting.Education
Associate Degree in Nursing is required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.Licenses and Certifications
