Job Description

The Float Pool Nurse will provide flexible staffing across various facilities, adapting quickly to diverse patient care environments and ensuring holistic patient care. Healthcare professionals in this role are required to work independently, handle the full scope of patient care, and support dynamic needs in multiple settings including Med / Tele, Emergency Departments, and Critical Care units.

Responsibilities

• Support Med / Tele and Med / Surg units across multiple facilities.
• Provide care in Emergency Departments as needed.
• Float between critical access hospitals and ICU units as required.
