Job description

Job Title : Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) Location : Beautiful Sonoma, CA (Wine country AND a dream job? Yes, please!)

Base Compensation : $230,000 - $254,000 Earning Potential : $250,000 - $276,000+ (wRVU bonuses because your hard work should come with a cherry on top-or a grape in this case!)

She Recruits is thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for a Primary Care Physician at a thriving outpatient clinic in the heart of Sonoma, CA. This isn't just a job; it's your chance to live and work in one of the most scenic and relaxing regions in the country-because who doesn't want their post-shift stroll to involve vineyards and sunsets?

Clinic Highlights :

  • Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM. (Weekends are for wine tasting, not charting.)
  • Patient mix : 48% adult, 50% geriatric, 2% pediatric. (The kiddos are adorable; the adults are grateful; and the seniors? They've got the best stories.)
  • Procedures we love : Geriatrics, pediatrics, splinting, employment physicals, disability / workers comp exams, EKG and X-ray interpretation, and more.
  • Collaborative on-site interview process with physician leadership and operations management.
