Were hiring a people-focused, organized professional to support client onboarding, sales follow-up, and government program coordination. This role blends customer service with backend tracking and is key to helping both athletes and franchisees succeed.
Sales & Appointment Setting :
Respond to new leads and schedule discovery callsExplain programs, answer questions, and book free trialsTrack leads in Glofox and send updates to franchiseesHelp turn trial athletes into paying membersReconnect with old or inactive leadsSend daily reports on lead activity and resultsCompensation :
36,000 base salary per year, plus a generous bonus structure tied to athlete conversion performance.Government Program Coordination :
Help franchisees enroll in government funding programsStay current on program rules and documentsTrack athlete progress and compliance paperworkReport on trends and help improve the processWhat You Need :
4+ years in customer service or salesStrong communication and organization skillsCRM experience (Glofox is a bonus)Knowledge of Medicaid or waivers is a plusAble to work in person daily in Allen, TXGreat at multitasking and managing time
