About the Team

The Implementation team at Canva plays a pivotal role in enabling customers to unlock the full value of Canva Enterprise. We help organizations streamline workflows maintain brand consistency accelerate campaign launches and foster design independenceall while ensuring security and scalability.

As part of this dynamic global team youll drive user engagement and adoption with a goal of having at least 80% of users actively creating designs in Canva. Together we make implementation a key differentiator that deepens customer success.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Canvas Global Implementation team as a foundational member. Youll partner with enterprise and strategic customers for 34 months to lead smooth value-driven implementationsfrom product configuration and tailored training to driving user adoption and engagement.

As a product expert and trusted advisor youll ensure customers are empowered confident and fully equipped to design and grow with Canvadirectly contributing to our shared success and mission.

What youll do

  • Become a Canva product expert Be the go-to resource for customers within 30 days. Lead complex enterprise onboardings ensuring customers realize the full value of Canvas platform.
  • Partner 1 : 1 with clients Develop tailored rollout frameworks that align Canvas best practices with each customers business structure and goals. Ensuring a smooth and successful Canva launch for an evolving set of customers.
  • Drive customer timelines and adoption Understand customer business needs align them with Canvas best practices and ensure strong product engagement.
  • Co-build implementation processes Collaborate to refine processes and best practices ensuring team success.
  • Understand customer use cases Work closely with teams like Customer Education and Product to improve our Help Center and product experience.

Youre a problem solver who loves to dig into product details communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and find creative solutions to challenges. Youre motivated by the opportunity to help our clients unlock the full value of Canva and you excel in managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Youre independent organized and know how to prioritize effectively to overcome obstacles and keep things moving forward.

  • SaaS expertise : 5 years implementing SaaS or enterprise software for large multi-region clients; experience managing strategic and complex rollouts.
  • Strategic Project Management : Proven ability to scope plan and deliver multi-phase projects with cross-functional stakeholders and executive visibility.
  • Customer focus : Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and building relationships.
  • Problem-solving : Creative and resourceful in finding solutions and always curious to understand the why behind customer needs.
  • Stakeholder management : Confident engaging with senior decision-makers influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across diverse business units from executives to front-line staff.
  • Autonomy and prioritization : Skilled at prioritizing organizing and managing multiple initiatives while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

    At Canva we value fairness and we strive to provide competitive market-informed compensation whilst ensuring internal equity within the team in each region. We make hiring decisions based on your skills experience and our overall assessment of what we observed and learnt in the hiring process. The target salary range for this position is $161000 to $206000. When calculating offers we make salary decisions based on market data and candidates skills and experience.
