Position Summary :

As a Night Shift Registered Nurse (NOC RN), you will provide skilled nursing care during the overnight hours, typically from 10 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents. You will play a critical role in monitoring health conditions, responding to emergencies, and coordinating care to maintain a peaceful and supportive environment throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with physicians’ orders during the night shift.
• Monitor residents closely, including vital signs and health assessments, to detect any changes or emergencies promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately during the NOC hours.
• Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living as needed during the night.
• Document all care activities, observations, and communications accurately in resident records.
• Respond quickly and effectively to resident needs, urgent health changes, or emergency situations.
• Communicate thoroughly with day shift staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and safety in a calm and reassuring manner during night hours.
