As an Employee Engagement & Talent Management Intern, you will play a key role in supporting regional programs and initiatives that drive employee experience, engagement, and employee development. This internship will offer hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including employee engagement, labor relations, talent management, and general HR operations.
You'll leave this internship with real-world HR experience, a stronger professional network, and a clearer vision for your career path.
What are some interesting problems the student will work on?
Analyzing survey data to uncover trends and root causes, recommend targeted actions to improve morale and connection. Enhancing onboarding materials and gathering feedback to boost early employee experience. Observing grievance and negotiations to understand common issues and resolution strategies. Promoting underutilized career wellbeing tools and resources and recommending strategies. Supporting cross-functional HR projects that improve workflow or employee experience.

Compensation
