Job Description : Responsibilities :
- ssist patients by greeting them upon arrival and addressing questions or concerns with care and compassion.
- Maintain the integrity and organization of the waiting area.
- ssist with workflow when other staff members are unavailable.
- Build trust with patients by clearly explaining what to expect during their scheduled procedures.
- Support a positive patient experience through excellent customer care and attention to confidentiality and accuracy.
- Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the supervisor.
- Maintain a safe and professional environment.
- Maintain required records and documentation.
- Demonstrate organizational commitment and a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public.
- Show willingness to learn and develop new skills, including phlebotomy.
Requirement / Must Have :
bility to assist patients with compassion while supporting check-in processes using kiosks or handheld devices.Willingness to learn phlebotomy skills and assist during downtime or when coverage is needed.bility to perform specimen collection and processing duties once trained.High level of customer service experience and skills.Qualification And Education :
High school diploma or equivalent.Experience :
One to two years of client-facing customer service experience.No prior phlebotomy experience required.Keyboard and data entry experience required.
