The Handyman will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of various properties. This position requires a versatile individual who can perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks, ensuring that all work meets high standards of quality and safety.

The Handyman will be responsible for addressing both routine and emergency maintenance requests, providing timely solutions to keep operations running smoothly. Ultimately, the Handyman will contribute to creating a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for all occupants and visitors.

Your Responsibilities :

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, including drywall installation and repair, carpentry, and cabinetry work.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors on larger projects, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
