About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of School Age Child Care Group to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading a comprehensive thematic-based enrichment program for children aged 5 to 12. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with substantial experience working with children under 13 years of age. The role demands excellent organizational and communication skills, a sincere interest in working with people, and a general knowledge of age-appropriate activities and expectations. The Head of Group will be required to complete various training and certifications, including CPR, AED, and First Aid, and must be committed to ongoing professional development. The position is physically demanding and may involve exposure to communicable diseases and the risk of injury from children. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team, maintain a positive relationship with staff, parents, and program participants, and be dedicated to the company's cause of strengthening the community.
