• Schedule : Clinic Mon-Thus is 9a 4 : 30p and Fri is 9a 3 : 30p. 24 hour call from 7am Sunday 7am Monday.
• Call-back Percentage : Weekdays 2%, Weekend 5%, OB 20%, GYN 80%
• Locum tenens will work at satellite locations : No
• Dates of Coverage : ASAP to August 2025
• Reason for coverage : loss of Physicians in the community
