F-16 In-Country Program Manager, UAE - Level 5

This position is to assist the F-16 Sustainment Senior Program Manager with in-country programmatic elements and establish day to day support to the UAE stakeholders. This role will be an in-country management position. The candidate responsibilities will include developing & executing to program baselines for current and future programs :

• Overseeing risk and opportunity management process
• Analyzing cost & schedule performance (Earned Value) data
• Budget management and coordinating across the functions and other business areas
• Support of proposal preparation
• Assist with technical execution of program activities across functions
• Support Domestic and International travel as required

The candidate will be required to contribute to business decisions and subcontractors / LM partner relationships and management to establish creative solutions to efficiently deliver to contract requirements. Will also create and deliver internal / external review content and track and drive actions to resolution.

The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
