Job Description :

As an On-the-Road Sales Representative , you will be the face of our company, driving sales and fostering long-term relationships with customers across the region. You will be responsible for visiting potential and existing clients, presenting our products, and closing sales. If you're an outgoing, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

  • Travel to customer locations to present and sell our window products and services.
  • Develop new business by meeting with potential clients.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve sales goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in outside sales or similar role, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong drive for success and the ability to work independently.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the window or construction industry is a plus.
