POSITION OBJECTIVE : The Support Associate is responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture where our core principles are at the forefront of all store operations. This includes performing various sales functions such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Operational Excellence Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment on the sales floor. Reorganize merchandise as needed to maximize stock space. Ensure new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner. Enter all receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile merchandise invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely. Receive and process visual packet materials, props, signage, and store stockroom hardware such as hangers and sign holders. Participate in pricing changes and markdowns. Alert store management to cash supply needs. Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placement as directed. Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization. Customer Experience Model, support, and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience. This position may vary across different brands. QUALIFICATIONS : High school diploma or equivalent. Previous stock or cashier experience preferred. Must be 18 years or older. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to learn or adapt to company technology. Ability to work primarily standing. Work quickly within strict timelines. Teamwork orientation. Exposure to visual merchandising techniques is a plus. Effective communication with customers, associates, and management, including headset use. Regular attendance and flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Constant walking / standing (67-100% of shift). Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%). Frequent climbing (34-66%).
