Job Details :

Pay : $2,800.00 per week

$1,250 bonus

$600 additional travel reimbursement

Mileage Reimbursement

13 week contract - chance of extension

Eureka, CA  - Humboldt County

Monday-Friday : 8A - 4 : 30P

40hrs guaranteed per week

Will see max 6 patients per day

Requirements :

Active Unrestricted CA License

Must have at least 1 year of recent Home Health experience

Must have your own and reliable transportation

BLS via American Heart Association - required

Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references
