Customer Service Specialist
Our client, a government and municipal services provider, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be an essential part of the support team, ensuring smooth payment processing and exceptional service delivery. Location : Fort Worth, TX
Pay Range : $16
Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM or Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM
What's the Job?
Handle inbound customer calls from start to resolution, including payment processing, inquiries, complaints, and information requests.
Provide courteous and professional service to internal and external customers, aiming for high satisfaction.
Follow security protocols and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive financial data.
Accurately document all transactions in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to type and speak simultaneously while navigating systems during live calls
Comfortable using computers, including email and web browsers
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook
