Responsibilities

Represent employers in discrimination retaliation and wage-and-hour matters

Draft employment agreements policies and handbooks

Advise clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws

Conduct internal investigations and assist in training programs

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school; Illinois bar admission required or pending

38 years of labor and employment experience

Strong drafting counseling and advocacy skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation

$160000 $230000 base salary depending on firm size and experience
