Requirements :

Candidates must hold one of the following certifications to be considered :

CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)

CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide)

HHA (Home Health Aide)

PCA (Personal Care Aide)

Additional requirements :

Valid drivers license

Current car insurance

Social Security card

Relevant certifications

Shift Availability :

Evening Shifts : 4 : 00 PM 9 : 00 / 10 : 00 PM

Weekend Shifts : Between 8 : 00 AM 8 : 00 PM (varies)
