Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CMM programs for various aerospace components using PC-DMIS or similar software.
• Perform first article inspections and routine quality checks to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize measurement processes and improve product quality.
• Maintain and calibrate CMM equipment to ensure accurate measurements.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of measurements and quality reports.
• Identify and troubleshoot measurement issues, providing solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior staff on CMM programming and quality inspection techniques.
