Job Description Summary

The Ophthalmology Dept is currently recruiting for a Cornea Ophthalmology Fellow. The 12 - Month Storm Eye Institute in Cornea Ophthalmology is designed toensure that participants develop the knowledge base diagnostic reasoning and clinical and surgical skills necessary to provide quality ethical ophthalmic care topatients needing corneal care.

The individual will participate in the educational mission of the department from residents to medical students as appropriate including active teaching assignments in the residency curriculum as well as attendance at teaching conferences. Incumbent will be required along with a mentor to develop both short-term and long-term professional goals and objectives. Significant time will be scheduled in the clinics.
