Stafili Wine Cafe   is looking for  a welcoming and enthusiastic Host to join our team! Ideal candidates will have at least  2 years restaurant experience as a server and 1 year has a host.  Experience with Resy is a plus.

Responsibilities :

Greet guests upon arrival and manage the waitlist when necessary.

Provide guests with access to menus and answer any initial questions.

Seat guests graciously while maintaining an even table rotation.

Engage with guests upon departure to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Efficiently oversee the floor plan, coordinating reservations and waitlist management.

Accurately quote wait times when tables are unavailable.

Anticipate guest needs and support fellow team members.

Requirements :

Strong customer service skills with the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
