Job descriptionYou maintain managerial oversight for all departments (Membership Sales, Front Desk Personnel, Personal Training, Edge Kids, Group Exercise and Maintenance) and communicates regularly with department heads regarding the performance of each department You understand the company's Mission Statement, core values and overall culture of the business, leading by example and holding all employees accountable to The spirit of The Edge You work closely with department heads on making the decision to hire all staff at the club Energy & Enthusiasm A Passion for Fitness Ability to work with a sense of urgency Related Health Club experience in a leadership role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Thrives in a customer focused environment Excellent Team-Work
