The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI / ML technologies, with a focus on anomaly detection, transformers, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. And to support your personal wellbeing, we hope you will love our dedication to creating the right work and life balance experience!Join Spirent and together let's shape tomorrow!Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI / ML, or a related field from an accredited institution or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 8 years of relevant work experienceStrong experience in machine learning, deep learning, and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn)Hands-on experience with RAG systems, transformers, and NLP modelsExpertise in anomaly detection techniques, including statistical and ML-based approachesStrong background in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluationFine-tuning experience with large datasetsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsPreferred QualificationsAdvanced degree (MS / PhD) Familiarity with graph databases and knowledge of graphs for information retrievalContributions to research publications, open-source projects, or AI / ML communitiesUnderstanding of AI governance and implementationTelecom industry experience is a plus
