Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Virginia Beach, VA

Full-Time | In-Clinic Role | $80,000–$100,000 / year (base + performance bonus)

About the Position

Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a full-time BCBA to provide clinic-based ABA services in Virginia Beach. This role focuses on high-quality clinical care, collaboration with teammates, and consistent support for children and families in a structured environment.

Position Highlights

  • Location : Virginia Beach, VA
  • Setting : In-clinic (no in-home requirement)
  • Schedule : Monday–Friday, daytime hours
  • Compensation : $80,000–$100,000 / year (includes base salary + performance bonus)
  • Employment Type : Full-time
  • Reports To : Clinical and Regional Leadership

What You’ll Do

  • Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Review progress data and adjust programming as needed
  • Provide regular supervision and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians
  • Lead treatment planning meetings and collaborate with caregivers
  • Ensure documentation, plans, and procedures meet clinical and ethical standards
  • Support a team-centered, organized clinic environment
  • Participate in training, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives

    • Required Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Eligible for or current LBA in Virginia (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
  • Experience supervising ABA staff
  • Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior clinic-based ABA experience
  • Strong documentation, time management, and coaching skills
  • Comfort supporting families and multidisciplinary collaboration
