Job Description :

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking an R&D Postdoctoral Researcher to join our Vision Team located in Milpitas CA. This is a two-year duration based role.

• Laser Tissue Experiment : Design and conduct laser tissue experimental research to evaluate and optimize the performance of novel laser eye surgical systems.
• Tissue Quality Characterization : Utilize high-precision instruments (e.g. optical coherence tomography confocal microscopy ultrafast imaging system) to study tissue quality or laser tissue interaction dynamic processes.
• Modeling Techniques : Apply analytical modeling techniques to support experimental findings and enhance understanding of the research.
• Data Analysis & Technical Writing : Perform data analysis using advanced statistical methods and communicate findings through technical writing and presentations.
• Additional Duties : Collaborate with and assist the multidisciplinary Laser Equipment R&D teams and other cross-functional groups as needed to achieve team goals.

Additional Description for Pay Transparency :
