Medical ICU (MICU) Where Excellence Meets Compassion

Step into the heart of critical care at our21-bed Medical / Cardiac Intensive Care Unit, where every shift is a chance to make a profound impact. As aMICU RN, youll be part of a high-performing, interdisciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional care rooted in the latestevidence-based practices.

Complex Care, Advanced Skills

In the MICU, youll care for some of the most critically ill patients in the region. Our diverse and high-acuity population includes individuals experiencing :

• Neurological emergencies : Stroke, Seizures, Guillain-Barr (GB), TNK, Thrombectomies
• Cardiac crises : Myocardial Infarction (MI), CHF, IABP, Impella, Cardiac Arrest, ECMO
• Pulmonary challenges : COPD, ILD, PNA, COVID ICU
• Severe infections : Sepsis, Septic Emboli
• Metabolic and toxicologic emergencies : DKA, Overdose (OD), Liver Failure, Renal Failure
• Gastrointestinal bleeding : GIB
• Advanced therapies : CRRT, CDT
• End-of-life (EOL) care : Compassionate, patient-centered support for patients and families

Greater than one year of experience, ICU experienced preferred. Candidates with 2 years or more of ICU experience will be considered first.
