Responsibilities :

  • Architecture Design :
  • Develop and implement enterprise architecture models and scalable, reusable, and secured design for digital engineering programs.

  • Have fair good amount of understanding and working experience of DevOps pipeline setups, monitoring, and adherence of CI / CD concepts.
  • Strategic Planning :
  • Set the strategic direction for the clients' IT applications and programs.

  • Define and articulate the implications of enterprise architecture strategies, goals, and viewpoints.
  • Technology Documentation :
  • Create, own, and maintain architectural artifacts such as building blocks, models, and governance documents.

  • Owns and manages different architecture diagrams, class diagrams, component diagrams etc.
  • Innovation :
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in web technologies to continuously improve the architecture and solutions

  • Work with the offshore team to create scalable, reusable, and secured system design
  • Able to closely work with the offshore team in architecture setup and reviews, coding best practices, and build automation framework for efficiency and quality improvements

    Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Solution Architect or similar role.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience of 18+ years in software development and IT infrastructure with minimum 6+ years in architect role.
  • Technical design level thinking for digital enterprise level programs development
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in web development and enterprise architecture, with a strong understanding of backend and frontend web technologies and frameworks like .Net Core, React, Node.js, Angular, HTML / CSS3, Python, API, SQL or similar query language technologies
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, cloud infrastructure, and source code repositories
  • Nice to have knowledge of GenAI, AgenticAI, and data engineering foundation level concepts.
  • Working experience of managing cloud infrastructure using Azure, Amazon, or Google cloud technologies
  • Able to lead the technical team by providing guidance.
  • Have experience of working with global delivery hybrid teams
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Able to lead, groom, and guide the team from technology and design level aspects
  • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Being flexible and able to adjust plans as project requirements change
  • Experience in healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, DICOM, and HIPAA
  • Experience on architecting and building enterprise EHR systems is an added advantage.
