Full time Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity – Eastern Oregon

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and flexible Emergency Medicine physician to join a supportive and dedicated team in a Level IV Trauma Center located in beautiful Eastern Oregon. Compensation & Benefits :

Total compensation over $405,000+ , including :

Up to $50,000 in quality incentives

RVU bonus eligibility (current providers are on track to meet thresholds)

$30,000 commencement bonus

$8,000 annual allowance for CME, licensing, dues, and subscriptions

Position Highlights :

Level IV Trauma Center

71 total 24-hour shifts per year (~6 shifts per month | 0.81 FTE)

Nurse

Practitioner / Physician

Assistant support during peak hours (10 AM – 10 PM)

Average 34–38 patients per 24-hour shift

Approximately 13,000 annual ED visits

No travel nurses during the pandemic – strong, stable team and excellent culture

Epic EMR system
