Mid South Rehab Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic rehab therapy TEAM in Fayetteville, Tennessee. The setting is skilled nursing.

• INCENTIVE OFFERED : $3500.00 Sign-On Bonus

In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic interventions that help patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. The ideal candidate will have experience in skilled nursing facilities.

Qualifications

Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.

Knowledge of physiology and medical terminology relevant to occupational therapy practices.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Pay : $25.51 - $32.62 per hour
