Job descriptionHealth Insurance Dental Benefits Paid Time off includes Paid Sick Leave, Vacation and Holiday pay Profit Sharing Life Insurance Reading and comprehending all directions given on the prescription Fabricating removeable orthotics according to the doctors’ specifications Repairing orthotics as needed Use of specialized tools : hand tools, dental lathes, grinders etc. Working with metal wire and clasps to ensure fit and strength of the orthotic as needed Perform quality control to ensure all fabrications meet standards of quality, functionality and aesthetics Document the type of orthotic that was fabricated, make note if the product differs from the prescription request and why. Work with other team members to ensure all cases meet their production deadlines.

Williams Dental Lab is a state-of-the-art dental lab located in Gilroy, California that prioritizes customer service. We are dedicated to growing our team with self-motivated individuals who are organized, detail oriented and able to learn and adapt to Williams Dental Lab protocols. We are looking for a Dental Technician who has experience with Nightguards, Removable Orthotics, Sleep Appliances, Orthodontic appliances, bleaching trays, Vacuform retainers etc.
Requirements :
- Speak, read and understand English
- Located in commuting distance of Gilroy, California (no relocation is available)
- Have a positive and professional attitude
- Reliable and dependable
- Able to accept direction / correction on work related tasks
- Time management, and ability to prioritize work
- Experience working as a removable orthotic technician
