You understand digital marketing inside and out - SEO, content, email, social, PPC, analytics, and beyond. You’re not just managing projects; you’re orchestrating growth.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Las Vegas office (some remote flexibility available).

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Own client communication. Be the go-to point of contact for your clients, building trust, setting expectations, and keeping everyone aligned.

Lead strategy and execution. Develop, oversee, and refine multi-channel marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.

Analyze and report. Track campaign performance using key analytics tools and translate data into clear, actionable insights for clients.

Drive growth. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and scale within client accounts.

Collaborate and coordinate. Work closely with our SEO, content, paid media, and creative teams to ensure flawless execution.

Lead initiatives. Spearhead new marketing projects and client initiatives from concept through completion.

Stay ahead. Keep your finger on the pulse of digital trends, tools, and emerging platforms and bring fresh ideas to the table.

WHAT YOU BRING

5+ years of experience in a digital, web, or creative agency environment.

Proven experience managing 15+ active client relationships simultaneously.

Deep understanding of SEO, content marketing, social, PPC, retargeting, and analytics.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal.

Ability to confidently lead strategy discussions with C-level clients.

Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using metrics to guide decisions.

Hands-on experience with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).

Willingness to meet clients in person when needed.

Relentless attention to detail and follow-through.
