Key Responsibilities Evaluate player videos, detailing strengths and weaknesses Assign a star rating to each student-athlete after evaluation Match recruiting profiles with suitable colleges for student-athletes Required Qualifications Deep knowledge of evaluating athlete skill sets and athleticism Understanding of talent levels corresponding to various college levels Self-motivated and driven individual Experience in playing, coaching, or recruiting at the college level Former collegiate athlete or current / former collegiate wrestling coach
