HVAC Warehouse Manager

LHH is hiring a full-time HVAC Warehouse Manager in Raleigh, NC. The role involves managing a small, organized warehouse that supports HVAC and electrical technicians and for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and safe storage, and managing the receiving and distribution of HVAC equipment and includes supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating with other departments like dispatch and service teams.

Pay : $55K-$65K fully onsite

Key Responsibilities :

Warehouse Operations :

Overseeing the receiving, storage, and distribution of HVAC equipment and materials.??This includes optimizing the warehouse layout for efficiency and safety.

Inventory Management :

Maintaining accurate inventory records, including tracking shipments, managing stock levels, and ensuring minimal discrepancies.

Staff Management :

Supervising and motivating warehouse staff, providing training, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Safety and Security :

Ensuring a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel and implementing security measures to protect inventory and equipment.

Coordination :

Collaborating with other departments, such as dispatch, service, and sales, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and efficient workflow.

Equipment Maintenance :

Ensuring the proper maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other machinery.

Process Improvement :

Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.

Qualifications :

Experience in warehouse management, preferably within the HVAC industry.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficiency in warehouse management systems ServiceTitan would be preferred and inventory control procedures.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse machinery.

A valid driver's license may be required for occasional site visits.

Pay Details : $55, to $65, per year
