Bilingual Warehouse / Purchasing Lead

Yellow Dot Heating & Air Conditioning , a Southern Home Services Company, is looking for a dynamic- Bilingual Warehouse / Purchasing Lead to join a thriving business that believes in work life balance and cares about YOU!
In this role, you will be responsible for :
- Communicate clearly and effectively with field crews and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Place daily orders for required equipment and materials to support upcoming job needs.
- Oversee the receipt and tracking of equipment, ensuring accurate distinction between job-specific stock and excess inventory.
- Assist with monthly inventory counts, ensuring precise and up-to-date tracking of all stock and equipment.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
- Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced) and other computer applications to manage inventory and reporting.
- Ability to efficiently multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing urgent tasks as necessary.
- HVAC industry knowledge, including familiarity with parts and equipment, is a strong plus.
- Provide clear, timely feedback to internal teams, external vendors, and customers to ensure seamless communication.
- Offer hands-on support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams, navigating different personalities and skillsets to achieve common goals.
- Additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications :
Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.High School Diploma or GED (equivalent).Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel, with the ability to navigate and utilize key functions for daily tasks and reporting.Preferred Qualifications :
Strong HVAC industry, parts and equipment knowledge is highly desirable
