What Will You Do in This Role

As a Maintenance Assistant you will perform the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental compliance in accordance with Federal State and Local ordinance regulations and building codes. You will assist in the maintenance of the facility to ensure a sanitary attractive and orderly condition; in good repair free from hazards such as those caused by electrical plumbing ventilation heating and cooling systems.

Do You Have What It Takes

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible fun and energetic personality
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in maintenance in a AL / IL setting highly preferred
• Prior maintenance experience required
• Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry housekeeping maintenance procedures painting electrical and plumbing
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Other duties as assigned
