Sr. Financial Reporting Analyst (GR 25)

Requisition Summary

The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst is a member of the team responsible for consolidation and preparation of internal and external financial statements of Paccar Financial Corp, and providing reporting and analysis to support the company's portfolio credit quality management.

Responsibilities include accounting for earning asset portfolio and credit loss reserves, preparation of Paccar Financial Corp's quarterly and annual SEC forms 10-Q and 10-K, and internal management reporting of Paccar worldwide financial services performance results. This role also contributes to process improvements initiatives and supports change management of department operational and reporting processes. This position reports to the Financial Reporting Manager.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and filing of PACCAR Financial Corp quarterly and annual SEC forms 10Q and 10K.
• Prepare timely, accurate and meaningful financial reports, covering various key areas of the business, including portfolio credit quality, credit loss reserve and suspended earnings.
• Prepare various sections of the monthly internal reporting book for Senior Management.
• Prepare account reconciliations and month end journal entries.
• Actively participate in special projects utilizing technical accounting and analytical skills.
• Support change management of department operational and reporting processes.
• Lead process improvements and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Other ad-hoc reports and analysis as assigned.
