• ED APC hours : 12p-10p; UC APC hours : M-F 8a-8p, weekends and holidays 8a-4p
• Average daily census for ED / UC combined : 40-60 patients
• Emergency department and urgent care combined facility
• Daily provider structure : 1 physician, 1 ED APC, 1 UC APC
