Job Description

Labor Finders of Austell is seeking an experienced Factory Manufacturer. In this position, you will be operating machinery, assembling products, performing quality checks, and following safety protocols to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

Responsibilities :

  • Operating Machinery :

Operating and maintaining production equipment, including machinery and tools, according to established procedures.

  • Monitoring equipment performance and identifying potential problems.
  • Adjusting machine settings and parameters to optimize production.
  • Assembling Products :

    • Assembling products or components on an assembly line or in a production area.

  • Following blueprints, schematics, and other instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed.
  • Quality Control :

    • Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards.

  • Identifying and removing defective products or components.
  • Performing quality checks and tests as required.
  • Safety and Cleanliness :

    • Adhering to all safety procedures and regulations.

  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Reporting any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors.
  • Other Duties :

    • Packing and labeling products for shipment.

  • Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Storing raw materials and finished goods.
  • Maintaining accurate records of production and inventory levels.
  • Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with supervisors.
  • Following company policies and procedures.

    • Skills :

  • Safety-conscious
  • Reliable attitude to their work
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to perform repetitive tasks
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Able to perform physical work and use tools as needed
