Position Overview :

The Project Manager will serve as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring customer satisfaction, contract adherence, and operational excellence. The Project Manager will also focus on the professional development of Team Leads, fostering leadership growth, accountability, and collaboration within the team. While this position supports data center operations, the majority of responsibilities will involve administrative, leadership, and client relationship management functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring consistent communication, alignment of goals, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead regular client meetings to review performance, KPIs, and project updates.
• Address escalations promptly and implement corrective actions to maintain client trust and confidence.

Leadership & Team Development

Operational Oversight

Administrative & Reporting

Continuous Improvement & Strategic Projects
