As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a commercial real estate location. Your visible presence will support a secure environment while you deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the property by vehicle as well as on foot, exemplifying our values of integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach.

What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients, guests, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the commercial real estate location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual circumstances.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.

Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Assist with emergency response activities as needed, including guiding occupants and / or coordinating with emergency responders.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to tenants and guests.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
