Family Practice - With OB Physician

We are seeking a Family Medicine with optional OB to join our practice . The Primary Care Physician works as a leader of a Care Team. Utilizing our Care Processes, the physician works collaboratively with other health care team members to achieve patient care objectives and to provide continuity of care for patients and families.

Position Details :

• Broad Primary Care Practice
• Multispecialty Clinic with support from specialists and ancillary services
• Clinic site has 5 Family Physicians
• OB and prenatal care are optional
• Telephone call 1 : 26
• 16-22 patients per day
• This position is to prepare for anticipated retirements
