Job descriptionFollowed by Clinical Training (3 weeks) alongside a CNA Training Course : CNA students will participate in a comprehensive training course weekdays. Studying at home will be required to succeed in the course. First Hands-on Practice : Students will practice their new skills on patients for the first time under the guidance of the class instructor. Hours may vary. Scheduling : Upon successful completion of the training course, students will have the opportunity to select their CNA schedules based on their performance in the class. While a full-time position is not guaranteed, we strive to accommodate our students to the best of our ability. Clinical Hours : Students will work one-on-one with experienced CNAs, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive environment. Your clinical hours will be comprised of 12-hour shifts about three days a week, from 7 AM to 7 PM, and include weekends. Must be dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic about pursuing a career in healthcare, particularly in long-term care. Must be able to pass a basic reading and math comprehension test which will be administered by HR during the interview process. Ability to commit to the entire training program and clinical hours.
