Description

The Springs at Wilsonville  is hiring compassionate people wanting to build lasting relationships and memories with our residents. If you want to work in a fun, rewarding environment, look no further and come join our team!

Caregivers provide a variety of services to our residents include :

  • Supporting residents with activities of daily living including toileting, bathing, dressing, transfers, and meal deliveries in Memory Care and Assisted Living
  • Providing warmth, companionship and patience to support residents' health and wellness
  • Working collaboratively together with team members from other departments such at food services and maintenance to ensure the best quality experience for our residents

Pay : Starting at $16 / hr+ (Wage offered based upon experience)

Available Schedule :

  • Day Shift : 6AM - 2PM

    • Qualifications :

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
  • Genuine appreciation for seniors and willingness to learn
  • Preference given to candidates with previous experience in caregiving or similar role
