Job Description : Sign-on Bonus

Sign-on bonus is reserved for new hires meeting eligibility criteria

• Urgent Care Hours are 8am to 8pm, Mon.- Fri., 9am to 5pm Sat -Sun.

Schedules are a 2-week rotation and will include every other weekend

Rad Tech Medical Assistant

Grandfathered LMR in the state of Indiana or Rad Tech

Assists the staff & physicians by collecting pertinent patient information needed to determine physical and psychological needs, address and identify health problems. Performs radiographic exams as required with general equipment. The MA / RT functions as a member of the healthcare team with responsibilities commensurate with training and demonstrated competencies

Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required :

Basic Medical Assistant experience or training

Rad Tech license or Grandfathered LMR

BLS certification required.

Active AART and KBMIRT

MA / RT, Rad Tech, Radiology Technician, MA / LMR, Indiana LMR, X-ray
