We seek a driven fitness enthusiast passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. The ideal candidate is flexible a team player reliable hardworking and an outstanding representative of our part-time position requires weekday (and eventually weekend availability if needed) .Ability to grow into a full-time position with the company. A positive mindset and a strong desire to work in the fitness industry are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience incustomer service community events sales andwork experience in the health & fitness industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Assistant Manager is a passionate individual dedicated to helping members and guests enhance their lives through health and fitness. Key responsibilities include :

• Communicating effectively with team members and gym members
• Conducting tours and welcoming customers
• Engaging in community events andactivities
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym
• Managing membership and training sales
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Handling opening and closing duties
• Managing communications via phone email text and app
• Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring / motivating others
